Entrepreneurship Development Program
Funfirst has developed and successfully piloted one of the most comprehensive industry focused end to end unique EDP program in the country. The sessions have been curated with support from distinguished faculty from SOM, IIT Mumbai, NITIE and Industry.
By year 2027, we aim to create 3000 nano and micro-entrepreneurs in service partners network across our nation.
- EDP aims to solve critical pain points in existing ecosystem (need assessment, customized yet structured training)
- Offers vertical mobility for candidates with good domain knowledge and field experience
- Strong focus on activity based learning for real world applications
- The process also entails preparation of DPR and funding for the venture (start-up and working capital for 10/12 months)
- At the end of our EDP, candidates launch their own business and we provide a 3-6 months hand holding period (assistance in fund raising, brand tie-up, operations etc.)
- EDP involves multiple stakeholders – Aspiring entrepreneurs, corporate brands, existing franchise framework, trainers, success & failure stories etc.
The program is spread over 3 months with 15 days classroom session (9 days residential in Mumbai Noida, 6 days online) alongwith on ground project work at candidate’s respective locations.
